Best Practices for Meeting and Exceeding North Carolina’s 2018 Commercial Energy Code

$0.00

Description

North Carolina-s 2018 Energy Conservation Code for commercial buildings began on January 1, 2019 and will be in place through 2021. The new code includes a wealth of small changes to mechanical system design and installation, and many other small changes that impact how new commercial buildings must meet new energy code requirements. With the loss of a North Carolina-specific COMcheck, stakeholders must look for other prescriptive and performance compliance pathways that will be detailed. This presentation provides a high-level overview of key energy code areas including HVAC systems, building envelope systems, lighting, glazing and much more.
