Affordable Housing Management, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 1970 under the name of Greater Greensboro Housing Foundation, Inc. Our purpose is to contribute to meeting the housing needs of people in our community who may otherwise not be able to afford quality housing. We understand the availability of affordable housing not only enhances quality of life but directly effects the economic stability and business growth in our community.
Since 1994, ESG has been creating springboards to help those we serve reach higher heights, and this is what we mean when we say ESG: Push Further. Think Beyond.™ ESG is a leading energy services provider that helps customers across the country advance their goals by driving operational efficiencies and improving livability, workability, and resiliency. ESG’s team of leading engineers, project managers, and solution architects identify, integrate, and implement comprehensive energy, technology, and infrastructure solutions that drive revenue, reduce costs, and promote security and sustainability.
At ESG, we are innovators at our core, and we strive to leave things better than we found them. If there is a better way, ESG will find it. Built on the power of ideas, engineering solutions, and exceptional delivery, ESG’s innovative energy and infrastructure solutions focus on measurable technical, financial, and operational results. There is something all of our people and projects have in common: exceptional ideas and delivery, in pursuit of a better way.
Our philosophy is simple: the right renovation has the power to transform any space into one of lasting beauty, functionality and delight.
Our primary focus is renovation. We have completed major and minor projects on homes built in the early 1900’s through the 1990’s.
Our overriding goal is to bring glory to God through our building practices, our interactions with our clients, trade partners and suppliers, and in our community involvement.
Our Beliefs and Guiding Principles: We believe in saving and revitalizing well built structures. We bring functionality and modern amenities while maintaining original integrity and character. Communication, service, value, and quality are our customer commitments. We will treat your home with respect, just as we do our own. We strive to fully utilize space. Our design must bring unique character to the home, yet stay in keeping with that of the neighborhood.
Historic restorations, commercial buildings, unique, renovations, and additions are all our specialties. We treat our clients like they are our partners and clients for life. Your interests are our highest priority and we strive to prove this dedication from the first meeting, throughout our relationship and for years to come.
