Sustainable Modern Vernacular. We design high performance structures that work for you.
Inspired by our clients we are creating healthy sustainable communities for the future. Every project can have sustainable aspects regardless of the budget. With construction costs that are competitive with those utilizing conventional building techniques and the promise of reduced life-cycle costs, green buildings represent not only a socially responsible choice, but also a good financial investment.
Sustainable also means “build to last” and “built to work with nature”. Improved energy usage is highly beneficial in buildings, especially those that are used all through the day and year round. These buildings are a very visible part of the community and the can set a great example for environmental stewardship and sustainable design. Insight focuses primarily on sustainability in schools, workplace, living and recreational facilities.

“When we build, let us think that we build forever. Let it not be for present delight nor for present use alone. Let it be such work as our descendants will thank us for; and let us think, as we lay stone on stone, that a time is to come when those stones will be held sacred because our hands have touched them, and that men will say, as they look upon the labor and wrought substance of them, ‘See! This our father did for us’.”
– John Ruskin

Moseley Architects is a full-service architectural, engineering, planning, and interior design firm committed to making a positive difference in the communities we serve. Founded in 1969, we enthusiastically embrace the challenge of developing creative facility solutions in collaboration with our clients. Our architects, engineers, interior designers, and other professionals collaborate within a unified, multi-disciplinary studio setting. This approach, facilitated by state-of-the-art building information modeling (BIM) technology, results in integrated facility designs tailored to our clients’ needs and priorities.
At PEG our commitment and focus for the past 19 years has been what we refer to as Tactical Technical. The consulting disciplines of engineering and environmental science can frequently lead to over-thought and under-practiced analysis. The result can be frustrating for clients, too complex to result in effective action and excessively expensive. Our goal is to apply our combined knowledge of the technical issues at hand with the pragmatic application of the simplest solution possible and always do so with the conscious awareness that service to our clients is key.
