Matthews Millwork is home to the ThermalBuilt R-5®, PermaBuilt®, and ThermalBuilt R-10® lines of door products. In business since 1993, Matthews Millwork developed the ThermalBuilt® door product line that, unlike other access and specialty doors, meets the thermal values set forth in the 2012 International Energy Code. We continue to develop and expand our product lines – our goal is to be the one-stop-shop for custom doors. We are a just-in-time automated manufacturing facility employing the latest Six Sigma techniques to reduce and control error rates. We own and operate our trucking fleet enabling us to maintain our high quality products and provide one of the quickest order-to-delivery times in the industry.
