Building Clarity Achieves High Performance Buildings Through Energy Analytics and Artificial Intelligence
What do you get when you combine a commercial HVAC design and installation leader with one of the world’s largest and most innovative data analytics company? A firm that is transforming the use of building energy data to ensure high performance and identify maintenance issues before they occur.
Building Clarity was formed in 2018 through a partnership of Brady Services and SAS. Based in Raleigh, NC, Building Clarity is leading the use of building energy analytics, HVAC controls, integrated technologies and even artificial intelligence to help their government, private and nonprofit sector clients save energy, save money and improve sanctification in their customers’ buildings.

Building EnergetiCx Provides Commissioning Services Nationwide

Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Building EnergetiCx is an independent commissioning firm that has successfully served on over 170 projects, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
